In the context of COVID19 pandemic uncertainty only one social activity will be organized. There are no welcome and goodbye receptions organized.
Note: Lunch is not included in the registration fee. There are several locations at walking distance to have lunch, see below:
- UGent restaurant, this is located in bulding 77,
- Sandwich bar Ally's and Chinese restaurant just acroos the campus

A dinner will be organized depending on the number of participants which will physically attend the conference.
This event is not included in the registration fee and aditional reduced (sponsored) fee of 50Euro will be required for those participating.
